We recently completed a renovation project for a second floor in a house located in Bradford, where we were tasked with transforming the space into a modern and stylish living area. As part of the renovation, we removed the outdated popcorn ceiling texture and applied tape and mud to the new drywall joins before painting the ceilings, walls, and baseboards. Our clients opted for bright wall colors and black doors, baseboards, and trim, giving the space a fresh and contemporary look.
Second-floor House Renovation
In addition to the cosmetic changes, we also installed brand new doors, hinges, and handles in all the rooms and closets, providing a sleek and consistent appearance throughout the house. We installed luxurious laminate flooring throughout the space, as well as new baseboards and trim around doors and windows. To complete the renovation, we refinished the staircase and railings with new solid red oak stairs and raisers, complemented by modern iron pickets. Overall, the renovation project was a success, resulting in a transformed living space that is both modern and functional.
