In this full townhouse renovation project in Barrie, the homeowners had a flood that went from one of the pipes on the 2nd floor and flooded the whole house including the 2nd floor, main floor, and basement. We have completely gutted out the whole house, and have installed all new floors, carpentry, tiling, doors, appliances, and lighting. We are so excited to show you all the changes we have made!

We replaced the old kitchen with a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops and a waterfall edge. We also installed a new backsplash and new high-end kitchen appliances. It looks amazing!

In the bathrooms – we installed two brand new full bathrooms and one powder room. The bathrooms are all completely new, with new hardwood floors, tiling, cabinetry, countertops, and backsplashes. We are really happy with how they turned out!

We also replaced all the floors with brand-new hardwood floors, new tile work, new carpentry, new doors, and red oak stairs with iron spindles and railings. It’s such a drastic change and it really completes the look of the house and makes it feel fresh and new. Finally, we replaced all of the carpentry in the house, including baseboards and trim. We also replaced all of the doors throughout the house. We think all of these changes really add to the overall look and feel of the home.
