Our Bathroom And Powder Room Packages
There are two packages to choose from for your bathroom renovation project. All-Inclusive Work Package and All-Inclusive Work and Materials Package.
Renovations can be a stressful undertaking, but we found providing our clients with transparent, easy-to-understand packages that already include the work and some or all of the materials. It simplifies the process, ensures 100% transparency, and most importantly helps you save money.
All packages include the labor and trades necessary to complete the job, such as plumbing, HVAC, electrician, tile installation, and raw materials (Frame components, drywall and connections, plumbing components, grouts, membranes, caulks, and sealers; using only the highest quality materials). for a complete bathroom renovation project.
The All-Inclusive Work and Materials Package includes everything in the All-Inclusive Work Package Plus all finishing materials such as floor tiles, wall tiles, mosaics, backsplashes, shower trays, vanity and vanity tops, faucets, valves, custom glass doors, etc. A comprehensive package.
We are able to offer competitive prices because we have excellent relationships with well-selected and reputable suppliers who offer excellent prices to our customers. The All-Inclusive Work and Materials Package of bathroom remodeling includes a “Material Allowance”. We will then be happy to provide you with information (at no additional charge) about our suppliers for your permissible and free viewing and selection. Once you’ve made your selection, we will purchase and collect all the materials and deliver them directly to your home at no additional charge.
You are under no obligation to choose from the list of suppliers we provide. Feel free to choose your own retailers and suppliers.
Labour, Trades, and Rough Materials
This is the labor costs for the bathroom renovation and the cost of the transaction such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC, and operating costs. Our prices include so-called “raw materials”. These are the products you need for bathroom makeovers such as Frame components, drywall, and joints, plumbing components, grouts, membranes, waterproofing, sealing, and paint. We select and use only the highest-quality raw materials.
Pay Structure
Projects are usually paid for in 4 steps:
10% deposit due at the time of signing to secure and book a date
30% deposit due at the time of signing and booking a date or the start date of the project
40% upon demolition, framing, and waterproofing is complete
20% Upon completion of the project.
